This 75 min workshop is designed for ALL levels!!!
The main purpose is to exercise, tone & SWEAT while learning & practicing basic BellyDance drills & combos in a fusion of several music styles like hip-hop, reaggaeton, arabic pop, cumbiaton & latin pop...
We'll dance in a low impact non-stop bellydance fitness class with a little hip-hop flavor!!! This class blends the best of both styles of dance into one fun, edgy class! You'll work your core & loose your hips like never before :)
And don't worry, we do the basics technique step by step, giving you feedback (that's why we're two instructors) and build on top of that, so you end up dancing in a master class using all the stuff learned.
Everybody can join!!! So bring your friends, water, sport shoes & get ready to SWEAT!!!
